In Ankara, 29 people were detained in the operation against Daesh, including foreign nationals.

An operation launched against Daesh in the early morning of Friday with the participation of hundreds of police officers in Ankara.

During the simultaneous raids carried out on numerous address, 29 of the 46 suspects who had warrant were arrested.

Some of the 29 detainees were foreign nationals.

Operations are being carried out against Daesh throughout the country for the upcoming New Year.

Yesterday 122 people were taken into custody with the claim of being Daesh member in 11 provinces of Turkiye.
