After answering questions asked by media representatives, the Defense Ministers of the two fraternal countries made statements to the press.

Turkish Defense Minister Akar emphasized that the two countries have a common history, and their brotherhood will last forever.

“Turkey is always ready to mobilize all its resources to solve any problem in Azerbaijan. The existing friendly and fraternal relations between the two countries will further develop,” Akar said.

Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov thanked fraternal Turkey for the political and moral support provided in the Patriotic War.

Speaking about joint exercises with the Turkish Armed Forces, Hasanov stressed that work in this direction will continue further on.

Hasanov expressed his gratitude to his Turkish counterpart and the delegation headed by him for the visit to Azerbaijan to celebrate Victory Day.
