Ammunition exploded in Şemdinli: 7 soldiers missing, 25 others wounded
In an explosion that took place in an outpost in Şemdinli, district of Hakkari, southeast Turkiye, 25 soldiers were injured while 7 other soldiers are missing.
During the artillery shooting at the outpost in Hakkari's Şemdinli, an explosion took place was considered to be caused by faulty weapons ammunition.According to a statement from the Ministry of National Defense, 25 soldiers were injured in the explosion and efforts continue to locate 7 missing soldiers.
Heavy gun ammunition exploded during the artillery shooting at the base area said Defense Ministry, which took place in the village of Derecik Ortaklar in Şemdinli, a district of Hakkari near the Iraqi border.
