Attacks in Pakistan kills 27 people
At least 25 people were killed as a result of the explosion of a bomb dropped in front of the door of a madrasa, while two people were killed in an attack on the Chinese Consulate in Pakistan.
At least 27 people were killed and dozens were injured in two separate attacks in Pakistan on Friday.
One of the attacks was carried out against a madrasah in the Lower Orakzai District of Hangu City in the state of Hayber Pahtunhva. As a result of the explosion of the bomb left at the door of the madrasa, 25 people were killed and 35 wounded according to initial determinations.
An attack on the Chinese consulate
Another attack took place at the Chinese consulate in Karachi, southern Pakistan. Two police officers lost their lives when a group of three armed men attacked Chinese consulate.
All the three attackers were killed in the hour-long firefight with Pakistani forces.
