Bomb attack kills 14 in Azaz
At least 14 civilians were killed and 23 other people were wounded in a car-bombing attack in Azaz, district of Aleppo, Syria.
A suicide car bomb in Azez, a northwestern Syrian city held by Turkey-backed armed groups, killed at least 14 people on Sunday, a war monitor said.
The attack also wounded more than 20 people, according to the Britain-based monitor.
"Many people were leaving evening prayers when the explosion happened," Rami Abdul Rahman, head of the observatory said reporters.
"14 Civilians have been killed, and 23 others injured so far, after the unknown explosion that hit the market of Azaz City in northern Aleppo this evening," said White Helmets while added that their search and rescue operations continue.
Among the deaths were 4 children and 2 women, while the wounded were taken to the hospital.
The wounded were sent to Kilis, a Turkish province at the Syrian border, State Hospital through the Kilis' Öncüpınar border crossing.
