According to the local resource, a car rigged with explosive detonated in the Syrian town of Tel Abyad near the Turkish border, killing three and injuring 20, the local resource said.

Meanwhile, Turkish Defense Ministry issued a written statement about the explosion.

"The PKK / YPG terrorist organization, which is no different from DAESH, continues to attack innocent civilians. Today, the baby-killer terrorists attacked the civilian people in Tel Abyad's industrial zone with a car bomb. According to preliminary information, 3 people were killed and more than 20 people were injured," the statement said.
