Construction cost index rises by 39.54% annually in Turkey
In September 2021, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 0.25% compared with previous month and increased by 39.54% compared with the same month of the previous year, the Turkish Statistical Institute said.
Material index increased by 0.41% and labor index decreased by 0.18% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 47.44% and labor index increased by 22.25% compared with the previous year.
Building construction cost index increased by 40.17% annually and 0.19% monthly
Building construction cost index increased by 0.19% compared with previous month and increased by 40.17% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 0.37% and labor index decreased by 0.27% compared with the previous month. Also, material index increased by 48.58% and labor index increased by 22.27% compared with the previous year.
Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 37.41% annually and increased by 0.45% monthly
Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 0.45% compared with previous month and increased by 37.41% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 0.55% and labor index increased by 0.16% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 43.72% and labour index increased by 22.17% compared with the previous year.
