Detention order against 82 active duty soldiers in Turkiye

Ankara Public Prosecutor's Office ordered for a total of 82 active soldiers in the Air Force Commandership to be detained.

In the context of the investigation against FETÖ, Ankara Public Prosecutor's Office issued a detention order against 82 active soldiers, all of whom were active at the Turkish Air Force Command.

Within the scope of the "pay phone investigation" conducted by the Ankara Public Prosecutor's Office, detention order issued against 82 official soldiers, including a captain, a lieutenant and 80 petty officers, in the Air Force Command.

The majority of the suspects reportedly were detained by the Ankara Police Department while the investigation continues for the capture of fugitive soldiers.
