Steps to further advance the Turkey-Kyrgyzstan relations and regional matters were discussed during the call.
President Japarov wished a happy Victory Day to Turkey and Erdoğan congratulated Kyrgyzstan on the 30th anniversary of its independence.
Noting that Turkey was the first to recognize the independence of Kyrgyzstan 30 years ago and to open an embassy in Bishkek, Erdoğan said that Turkey would continue to support brotherly Kyrgyzstan's stability, prosperity, and development.
Voicing his satisfaction over the development and institutionalization of the Turkey-Kyrgyzstan relations in all areas over the past 30 years, Erdoğan also highlighted that 2021 was the 10th anniversary of the elevation of the bilateral relations up to the level of strategic partnership.
Erdoğan expressed his belief that the strategic cooperation between Turkey and Kyrgyzstan, which derived its strength from a shared language, religion, culture, and history, would further strengthen.
The two leaders agreed on continuing to take steps that would further deepen Turkey-Kyrgyzstan relations.
