Hayrettin Velioğlu, one of the older brothers of Martyr Hüseyin Velioğlu, explained that on the 17th of January every year his brother's grave was visiting by the crowd of visitors and added: "Today we came here due to the anniversary martyrdom of the guide. My brother was martyred on January 17, 2000. My brother was always in dialogue with young people while he was alive. He always wanted young people to be conscious. He wanted young people to be supported rather than old people. He went to the scholars and the sheiks and wanted them to tell Islam to their surroundings. If it were not for the Islamic studies in that region at that time, we would not have found a young person to pray at this time. Without Islamic studies, all the young people would be scattered and almost all the enemies of Islam would be there. They would all serve America."
"We missed him so much"
Seyfettin Velioğlu, another brother of Hüseyin Velioğlu, said they could not forget his brother. Seyfeddin Velioğlu added that they missed his brother too much and will never forget him.
