HUDA PAR evaluates country's internal agenda
HUDA PAR, in his agenda evaluation; discussed marriage at the young age, the decision of the court of Cassation that cheating does not constitute a hindrance to custody, TV's daytime programs and extension of electric bill assistance.
HUDA PAR, which keeps the pulse of the agenda with its weekly evaluations, discussed the important issues about the internal agenda this week.
In its weekly evaluation of agenda, HUDA PAR shared party opinion with public on victims of people married at young age, the extension of electric bill assistance, the decision of Cassation court that cheating does not constitute a hindrance to custody, and negative effects of daytime programs on TVs on family institutions.
Recalling that President Erdoğan has recently announced the Electricity Consumption Support project that people who receive social assistance will also receive 80 Turkish Lira support if their electric usage is over 150kilowatt/h, HUDA PAR underlined that the electric assistance should also be made people who have no income and do not receive social assistance.
"The marriage programs that had previously led to the collapse of the marriages and were reacted by the public, are now replaced by programs called 'the day belt'", HUDA PAR said.
Noting that the newly 'the day belt' programs shaken the moral foundation deeply, HUDA PAR called on the government to take measures on such programs.
"The television series and television programs, which are used effectively by social engineers as one of the means of mental and cultural imperialism in shaping and directing society, continue to destroy the values of faith," HUDA PAR said by drawing attention that such harms are difficult to be cured.
Despite the fact that the legitimization of informal moral relations has an extremely negative impact on society's mental health, HUDA PAR warned that no restrictive measures have been taken against them.
Calling on the Government, HUDA PAR asked the government to develop effective measures against such publications, which have shaken the moral and spiritual dynamics of society, especially the family institution, and to make legal regulations in this regard.
Recalling that thousands of fathers who got married at a young age were arrested on charges of sexual abuse, HUDA PAR said those families, known in public as "married at an early age" but established in accordance with both beliefs and values and social traditions, must be treated as a reality of our society.
"These marriages, which have gained publicity with the approval of the families, thousands of fathers are sent to prison on charges of sexual abuse, and both families are punished by the state," HUDA PAR said.
"The assessment of these marriages as a criminal institution is a complete tragedy, which established with the consent of the parties and the families."
"The economic instability, the oversold inflation rates and the decline in purchasing power have caused citizens to experience difficulties in reaching basic human needs," the statement read.
The increase in the use of energy, which is a constant need, due to seasonal conditions, and the negative impact of these economic fluctuations on the invoicing, victimizing of millions of citizens said HUDA PAR.
Evaluating the decision taken by the court of Cassation, HUDA PAR warned that family institution is worn out by legal regulations, judicial practices, and many other factors.
"Divorces are practically facilitated as well as the moral structure of society disabled in the context of to be protected," the statement read.
"In cases where the family unit is disrupted due to cheating, giving the custody of children to the spouse who violated the marriage rules, will adversely affect the moral, conscience and intellectual development of the children," HUDA PAR said by adding that the risk of this unfaithful lifestyle, unfortunately, is not taken into consideration by the judicial authorities.
