The judicial package prepared by the ruling AK Party in line with the objectives of the judicial reform strategy will open the way for appeals for the crimes of terror propaganda, insulting the president, insulting the state, armed organizations, opposition to the law on meetings and demonstrations.

Within 15 days after the law comes into force for the file of 10 thousand convicts, appeals and re-evaluation of their detention will be on the agenda at the Supreme Court.

The court of the first instance, which convicts the sentence, will consider whether the detention of those executed will continue or not. (ILKHA)
