The message emphasized that these months, which include blessed days and nights, should be fully realized.

Stating with the hadith that the Prophet [Peace and Blessings be upon Him] said, "O Allah, bless us in Rajab and Sha'ban and make us reach Ramadan," the message said: "Praise be to Allah for the kindness and compassion of our Lord Almighty made us reach the blessed three months that blessings rains like a downpour on believers."

Underlining that the three holy months includes blessed nights such as Raghaib, Miraj, Bara'at and Laylat al Qadr, the message includes the following recommendations:

"We must make efforts to pass these days in the most beautiful way, increase our worship and practices in this month. We should repent of our sins and mistakes and increase our desire for Allah, and we should turn to him with good deeds that He will be pleased with us. We should give more importance to our prayers [salaah], we should read Qur'an than usual, and we should fast in these days."

"We should make Rajab and Sha'ban months a means of spiritual preparation for Ramadan, start fasting in these months, read the Qur'an and try to benefit in the best way in these times by praying."

"Raghaib should remind us that it is an opportunity for us to review our forward-looking desires and to review our earthly desires and that all our desires should be directed towards Allah."

"We hope that the [holy] three months will bring peace and blessings to the whole Islamic world, especially the geography we live in and be instrumental to the unity of Muslims," the message read.

At the end of the message, the Mustazafs association noted that they "wish our Almighty Lord that the bloodshed and tears through the lands of Islam will come to an end."
