Nearly 4,000 people have lost their lives in the Iranian earthquake
It is said that about 4,000 people lost their lives in the earthquake of 7.3 magnitudes hit the Iraqi and Iranian border and 10 thousand people were wounded.
Mamoste Ahmet Behrami, an official member of the "Dawet Islah Congregation", claimed that about 4,000 people lost their lives and 10,000 were wounded in the 7.3 magnitude earthquake hit Iraq and Iran Kurdistan.
The people of the region, who pointed out that the numbers reflected in the public do not reflect the reality, expressed that the numbers of the destruction and deaths were far higher than the figures.
In the official statement following the earthquake in Iran Kurdistan said that 530 people lost their lives and 7,500 people were injured.
Mamoste Ahmet Behrami, an official member of the "Dawet Islah Congregation", explained to ILKHA about death tolls, injury and destruction, said that nearly 4,000 people lost their lives and added that there are more than 10 thousand injuries.
Behrami said: "In the 150-kilometers areas, From Cavanrut till Serpol-Zehab, 50 thousand houses, 70 mosques, and 70 madrasas destroyed. About 4 thousand people lost their lives, 10 thousand people are injured. Along with the loss of goods, a large number of animals were also wasted under the wreckage."
