At least 16 people lost their lives after the oil tanker truck hits the passenger bus in the city of Sanandaj, Iran's Kurdistan region.

The accident reportedly took place at nighttime. According to information, the oil tanker hits the passenger bus in the back while the bus had stopped to collect passengers and burst into flames.

At the end of the accident, the oil tanker truck driver and at least 15 passengers on the bus had lost their lives.

Many vehicles in the area also damaged.
