The Interior Ministry announced that Serkan Tan, who is said to be the "financial accountant" of the PKK, was killed.

The Interior Ministry announced that Serkan Tan, code-named 'Serdar', who was in the green category in the terror list, was killed.

In the statement made by the Ministry of Interior, it was reported that one of the PKK killed in the operation on July 6 in the Düzkavak district of Akarsu village of Şırnak's Beytüşşebap district was found to be 'Serkan Tan' which is called 'Serdar', who was in the green category of terror list.
