President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke at AK Party’s Zonguldak rally and, later in the day, addressed miners at an iftar (fast-breaking dinner) event held in the city.

Erdoğan reiterated the signal of operation to Qandil, which he expressed in the iftar [fast-breaking] program in Diyarbakir the other day.

Turkiye's President Erdoğan pointed to a new era after 24 June [presidential election] that nothing would be as it used to in Turkiye.

Also addressing citizens at a rally in the Ereğli district of Zonguldak, President Erdoğan noted that 4 500 terrorists have been neutralized in Afrin so far. "Now, it is Qandil and Sinjar’s turn. We crack down on whomever harasses or threatens our country."
