Racist candidate wants to burn mosques
In the Netherlands, Utrecht city councilor candidates Henk van Deun said that the mosques should be burned down as the election promises.
In the local elections to be held on March 21 in the Netherlands, Henk van Deun, a member of the Utrecht City Council from racist Geert Wilders' Freedom Party, made a call for all the mosques to be burned down as well as the Grand Mosque in the city.
Van Deun is known as an opponent of the mosques in the Netherlands. "We prefer to burn down the mosques. We do not see Islam as a religion, and we do not want it in the Netherlands," Deun said.
The racist candidate argued that the imams having hate speeches so the mosques should be closed as they threatening public order.
On the other hand, in the Netherlands, the government partner, the Christian Democratic Party (CDA), presented to the parliament that the support to the mosques from abroad should be limited.
