As a result of the sinking of the boat carrying 20 migrants off Bodrum's port, 18 people survived while 2 immigrants lost their lives in the hospital said Turkish Coast Gourd Command.

Issuing a written statement, Turkish Coast Guard Command received a notice on Monday at 05: 47 pm. that a boat carrying irregular migrants sank 50 meters to the beach.

As a result of the search and rescue activity carried out by 3 coast guard boats and a coast guard dive team assigned after the receipt of the notice; It was reported that 17 irregular migrants were rescued from the sea and 3 irregular migrants were reached offshore by their own means.

The statement read that 2 0f migrants lost their lives in the hospital while search and rescue work continues in the sea for the possibility of missing more irregular immigrants.
