Results announced in Istanbul-re-over mayoral election

According to the first results of the Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor elections, CHP candidate Ekrem Imamoglu is ahead.

According to unofficial results, 94 percent of the polls were opened.

CHP candidate Ekrem Imamoglu won 4,473,818 votes leading ahead for Istanbul re-run election with 53.66 percent.

AK Party candidate Binali Yıldırım received 3,791,227 of votes with 45.39 percent.
