3.8-magnitude earthquake hits Ankara

The 3.8 magnitude earthquake has taken place in Ankara, the capital of Turkey at 08.01 a.m. on Tuesday.

According to the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD), the epicenter of the earthquake was Akyurt district of Ankara province. The quake occurred about 7 kilometers deep in the ground.

No casualty or damage has been reported.
