Al-Kaila said that the new infected patients have been in close contact with a Palestinian workman who tested positive for coronavirus on Saturday.
Meanwhile, the last COVID-19 patient in Tulkarem has fully recovered and the district is now empty of cases.
Generally, the total number of active COVID-19 cases in the Palestinian territories is 103, including 59 in Jerusalem, 8 in the outskirts of Jerusalem, 30 in al-Khalil, 2 in Nablus, and 4 in the Gaza Strip.
Al-Kaila urged Palestinian citizens to abide by the safety measures introduced by the Health Ministry and avoid social gatherings.
She also called on the Palestinian men who work in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1948 to follow the rules of home-quarantine.
