A 3.5 magnitude earthquake jolts eastern Turkey

Magnitude 3.5 quake hit the Saray district of Turkey’s central Van province on Friday, Turkey’s Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency announced on its website.

The earthquake occurred at around 09.54 TSI, with its epicenter at a latitude of 38.6108 degrees north and a longitude of 44.3035 degrees east, and at a depth of 10.21 km.
