A 6.6 magnitude earthquake hits Cuba

A 6.6 magnitude earthquake has hit 41 kilometers (25 miles) southeast of Baracoa town in the province of Guantanamo, Cuba, the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) said on Wednesday.

The epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 2 kilometers.

There have been no immediate reports of casualties or damage.
