A delegation from Russia to arrive in Turkey

A Russian delegation will arrive in Ankara to discuss joint patrol in Idlib province of northern Syria, Turkey Defense Ministry said in a statement on Monday.

"Under the agreement reached in Moscow on March 5, 2020, the meeting with Russian military delegation will start in Ankara on March 10," the statement said.

After the meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Thursday, Russia and Turkey came to a cease-fire agreement in Syria, which included joint Russian and Turkish patrols of a 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) wide corridor alongside the M4 Motorway that runs through Idlib to Latakia.
