The Swiss-based International Committee of the Red Cross has announced that it has sent aid convoys to Syria's Afrin and Tell Rifaat regions.
According to the statement made by the International Committee of the Red Cross, the Syrian aid convoy headed towards Syria's Tell Rifaat and Afrin.
The Red Cross spokesperson said humanitarian aid would be delivered to 50,000 migrants.
The convoy going to Afrin will be the first aid work that the Red Cross and the Syrian Red Crescent are doing together this year.
Meanwhile, the Red Cross convoy, which carrying aid to Afrin under the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) humanitarian ceasefire, was allegedly being attacked in Shera district. (ILKHA)
