Makram, who held talks in Canada, said at a meeting in the city of Toronto that critics of the coupist Sisi regime would be sliced.
"We have only one country: Egypt. Egypt that brings us together and gets us closer together. No matter where we go, it will remain in our hearts. And we cannot bear any negative word about it. Anyone who speaks against Egypt abroad, what will happen to him? Will be sliced," said Egyptian minister of immigration, Nabila Makram then made a slaughter gesture with her hand.
Some participants in the hall were in shock while pro-coup participants clapped the gesture of Makram.
Meanwhile, the group "Egyptian Canadians Coalition for Democracy", which released a video of Makram's threatening speech, filed a complaint against Makram.
"What will the Canadian officials do about this threat to Canadian citizens who may exercise their democratic right and criticize human rights violations in Egypt?" the group asked.
