Children drowning in the stream were buried

Two children, who were swept away by the flash flood when they were trying to cross the stream in Şırnak's Kumçatı, were buried on Thursday.

The lifeless bodies of Abdullah Sirek, 15, and Mehmet Zeyrek, 16, who were trying to cross the flooded stream caused by torrential rainfall in Şırnak's Kumçatı, were found Wednesday after intensive efforts.

The funerals were taken to the Şırnak State Hospital for autopsy procedures. After the autopsy procedures, the bodies were taken to Kumçatı town for burial ceremonies.

The funerals brought to the Nasırhan Mosque and buried in the Nasırhan Neighborhood Cemetery on Thursday after the funeral prayer with the intensive participation of the villagers.
