CIA-backed forces carry out massacres in Afghanistan, HUDA PAR says

The United States is carrying out massacres over the CIA in the country, HUDA PAR said in a weekly statement about foreign agenda.

Noting that the United States is carrying out massacres over the CIA in the country, HUDA PAR highlighted Human Rights Watch's report, covering the period 2017-2019, which drew attention to civilian massacres by Afghan paramilitary forces.

Stating that innocent civilians were massacred in raids by Afghan paramilitary forces backed by the CIA and death squads killed those were taken in custody, HUDA PAR pointed to the report of Human Rights Watch covering the period 2017-2019, which drew attention to civilian massacres.

"The mercenaries who carried out civilian massacres in Iraq were used in Syria as well and it was also suggested that mercenaries should replace the US soldiers who pulled out of Syria," HUDA PAR said and adding that low-cost private security companies were actively used in this business.

In the weekly foreign agenda assessment conducted by HUDA PAR headquarters, the important assessments were also made on the ban on headscarves in France and the mosque attack and the talks of the Syrian Constitutional Committee in Geneva.

Headscarf ban and mosque attack in France

Stressing that anti-Islamic practices have become state policy in France, HUDA PAR said: "Under the school law drafted in France, a clause prohibiting mothers who accompany students on school trips to wear headscarves has been approved by the French Senate. This latest practice, if it is considered together with previous debates about the banning of religious symbols in schools and the wearing of long skirts by female students, reveals that secularism is used as a tool for hostility to Islam in the education system. This prohibition, which contravenes the freedom of religion and belief guaranteed by Universal Law, shows that hostility to Islam has become state policy in France."

Reminding the attack against the mosque in France, HUDA PAR said:" Political pressure on Muslims, increased by the dominance of right-wing populism in European countries, has also led to social repression, and violence against refugees and Muslims has taken place in many countries. Recently, a gun attack on 2 Muslims in front of a mosque was carried out by a member of a far-right party in France. Provocative attacks fueling such discrimination are due to the failure of European states to take deterrent measures. The weakness of legal deterrence has increased attacks on places of worship and Muslims in Europe, empowered racist and extremist groups but the restrictions were imposed to those who are attacked, not attacked. Islamic organizations and Islamic countries should take action against such pressures that threaten the social and political existence of Muslims and replace statements of condemnation with more deterrent policies."

U.S. terrorism report and CIA massacres in Afghanistan

About civilian massacres by Afghan paramilitary forces backed by the CIA in Afghanistan, HUDA PAR said:" The report, prepared by Human Rights Watch and covering the period 2017-2019, includes the massacre of innocent civilians in raids by Afghan paramilitary forces backed by the CIA and the killing of people detained by death squads. The mercenaries who carried out civilian massacres in Iraq were used in Syria as well and it was also suggested that mercenaries should replace the US soldiers who pulled out of Syria. Private security companies operating at a much lower cost than the military are actively used by the US in war zones."

HUDA PAR continued as follows:" In this context, it is seen that the domestic death squads included in the Human Rights Watch report received material and ideological support from the United States and were not even subjected to an investigation into the killings due to cooperation between the Afghan government and the United States. The United Nations report for the first 6 months of 2019 shows that most innocent civilians were massacred by U.S. and Afghan forces. The United States, which continues to massacre civilians in Afghanistan by means of local forces and airstrikes, aims to prolong the process of war and instability and consequently maintain its presence in Afghanistan.

"The US report on terrorism is a tragicomic situation"

Commenting on the US's 2018 Terrorism report, HUDA PAR said: "The United States has tried to legitimize its presence in many places such as Afghanistan, Syria and Iraq, ignoring its own terrorism, and has issued a 2018 Terrorism report, " said HÜDA PAR, who also evaluated the US's 2018 Terrorism report. The United States, which has tried to legitimize its presence in many places such as Afghanistan, Syria and Iraq through conducting terrorism, ignored its own terrorism and released a 2018 Terrorism report. In this report, depicting itself as the savior of the people of Iraq and Syria, The U.S.  has acquitted itself and paramilitary forces acting with the U.S. troops, while it has targeted groups that resist the occupying Zionist regime and the countries that support them. The terrorism report of the United States, which carries out the most violent of political, economic and military state terrorism everywhere in the world, is a tragicomic case.

Geneva meetings

About the Syrian Constitutional Committee, HUDA PAR said:" Meetings of the Syrian Constitutional Committee held in Geneva, Switzerland, have strengthened hopes of resolving the 8-year-old civil war through political negotiation. But the main way for the political negotiation process to succeed is to secure a permanent ceasefire in the field. Because the sovereign powers waging proxy war in Syria regard military superiority as a stepping stone to political supremacy and carry out provocative operations. In this sense, the period ahead is very important for Idlib, which has been targeted despite being declared a non-conflict zone. A halt to military operations and conflicts would speed up the negotiation process, preventing civilian casualties."

"Today, the developments in the drafting of the new constitution are very important"

Emphasizing that a durable solution could not be achieved, at the Astana, Geneva and Sochi summits, HUDA PAR said:" No lasting consensus has been reached at the Astana, Geneva, Sochi summits held so far in hopes of a political solution. The guarantor countries do not perform their duties on issues such as the end of military operations and the evacuation of foreign fighters. Today, the developments in the drafting of the new constitution is very important. The process of writing a new constitution must be ensured to proceed independently, in line with the demands of the Syrian people and their representatives.
