Construction cost index increases by 7.62% annually in Turkey.

In November 2019, construction cost index (CCI) decreased by 0.02% compared with previous month and increased by 7.62% compared with the same month of the previous year, Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) said in a statement on Monday.

According to the statement, material index decreased by 0.15% and labor index increased by 0.23% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 0.74% and labor index increased by 25.61% compared with the previous year.

Building construction cost index increased by 8.57% annually and 0.07% monthly

Building construction cost index increased by 0.07% compared with previous month and increased by 8.57% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index decreased by 0.05% and labor index increased by 0.30% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 1.78% and labor index increased by 25.78% compared with the previous year.

Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 4.50% annually and decreased 0.34% monthly

Construction cost index for civil engineering decreased by 0.34% compared with previous month and increased by 4.50% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index decreased by 0.46% and labor index decreased by 0.06% compared with the previous month. Also material index decreased by 2.51% and labor index increased by 24.96% compared with the previous year.
