Construction cost index rises by 7.47% annually İn Turkey

Construction cost index has increased by 7.47% annually and 0.78% monthly in Turkey in June 2020, the country's statistical institute (TurkStat) announced in a statement on Wednesday.

According to the statement, in June 2020, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 0.78% compared with previous month and increased by 7.47% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 1.34% and labor index decreased by 0.33% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 4.19% and labor index increased by 14.73% compared with the previous year.

Building construction cost index increased by 8.04% annually and 0.45% monthly

Building construction cost index increased by 0.45% compared with previous month and increased by 8.04% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 0.76% and labor index decreased by 0.16% compared with the previous month. In addition, material index increased by 4.84% and labor index increased by 14.93% compared with the previous year.

Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 5.56% annually and increased 1.92% monthly

Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 1.92% compared with previous month and increased by 5.56% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 3.31% and labor index decreased by 0.98% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 2.12% and labor index increased by 14.02% compared with the previous year.
