Erdoğan holds a phone conversation with US President Trump

Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a phone conversation with US President Donald Trump, Turkey’s Directorate of Communications announced.

Bilateral relations, as well as the latest situation in Eastern Mediterranean and regional developments were discussed during the conversation between Erdoğan and Trump.

Erdoğan told Trump that Turkey is not the party that created instability in the Eastern Mediterranean, and stressed that Turkey has proved with concrete steps it has taken that it favors easing tensions and dialogue.
