Erdoğan to pay an official visit to Hungary

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will pay an official visit to Hungary on November 7, 2019 to attend the 4th meeting of the Turkey-Hungary High Level Strategic Cooperation Council.

After his meeting with President János Áder of Hungary, Erdoğan will co-chair the Council meeting with Prime Minister Viktor Orbán of Hungary.

All aspects of the relations between Turkey and Hungary will be addressed and views on regional and international issues will be exchanged during the talks.

Several agreements and documents aimed at further strengthening the cooperation between the two countries are planned to be signed as part of the Council meeting.

Turkish and Hungarian businesspeople will come together at a meeting to be held with the participation of Erdoğan and Prime Minister Orbán.

Erdoğan is expected to visit the Tomb of Gul Baba in Budapest, and the “Ottoman Era Turkish Archery in Miniatures” Exhibition held on the premises of the tomb by the Archers Foundation and the Gul Baba Heritage Foundation.
