Seven people were killed and 10 others were injured as a result of the explosion of a hand-made explosive device laid under the road by the PKK and detonated during the passage of vehicle in the rural area of Kulp, Diyarbakir.
5 people were arrested in connection with the attack, including HDP member Kulp Mayor Mehmet Fatih Taş.
