The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities, with 753,747 deaths, followed by Brazil with 604,764 deaths, India with 453,076, and Mexico with 285,669 deaths.
Over 220,5 million patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide.
