The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China, and declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States has the highest number of coronavirus-related fatalities, with 671,183 deaths, followed by Brazil with 584,458 deaths, India with 441,782, and Mexico with 265,420 deaths.
At least 200 million patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospitals worldwide.
