In a press release, Qasem said that the stances taken by regional sides and member states at the UN General Assembly session reflected an international consensus on rejecting annexation and proved that the US and zionist positions on this move were isolated.
These regional and international positions against annexation plans, Qasem stressed, will be more effective provided that an inclusive Palestinian action was taken against this colonial project, which requires all Palestinian factions to formulate a unified strategy in which all Palestinians can take part.
