“Among the believers are men who have proven true to what they pledged to Allah. Some of them have fulfilled their pledge with their lives, others are waiting their turn. They have never changed their commitment in the least,” HAMAS quoted Holy Qur’an at the beginning of the statement.
HAMAS underlined that Al-Sabuni had spent most of his life teaching Islamic sciences and preaching.
“May Allah shower the decedent’s soul with His mercy and grant his family and students patience over his loss. May he rest in peace!” HAMAS concluded.
