HUDA PAR, which holds the pulse of the agenda with its weekly evaluations on internal and external issues, released a statement this week on especially the dangers of the virtual world [internet], which has reached a serious dimension in Turkiye, Khashoggi's murder, the developments in Yemen, the situation in Eastern Turkistan and finally the relation between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Emphasizing the use of uncontrolled internet and smartphones threaten the lives of children and young people every day, HUDA PAR called on the authorities and NGOs to prepare urgent action plans to take measures against this threat.
"18 million people facing starvation and epidemics diseases in Yemen," the statement read and added that, "An urgent truce is becoming indispensable."
The statement noted that the East Turkestan, which is groaning under Communist China's oppression, is facing a systematic threat of genocide.
Touching to the negotiations between Afghanistan and the Taliban, HUDA PAR welcomed the agreement that the parties have reached for the withdrawal of US forces and foreign powers from the country. "It is a promising development," the statement read.
The statement stressed that the attacks in Kashmir and Pakistan carried no other purpose than the unrest promise of the imperialist powers.
"The internet threatened children and young people's lives," the statement read. "The use of uncontrolled internet and smartphones continue to threaten human life and especially the lives of our future, children and young people."
Mentioning about the danger of internet, HUDA PAR continued as: "In recent research, it is observed that internet use negatively affects the psychological and physical development of children and their social relationships and causes negative results in both academic and personal development."
