HUDA PAR thanked everyone who conveyed their condolences, especially President Erdoğan and parliament speaker Mustafa Şentop, for the death of deputy leader Mehmet Yavuz.

"On this occasion, we wish mercy from Almighty Allah to our brother Mehmet Yavuz; we wish patience to his friends and lovers, especially to his grieving family, his wife Ms. Havva Yavuz, his children Ibrahim, Şevval, Zeynep Sude and Meryem."
Mehmet Yavuz, Vice President of HUDA PAR, who had been undergoing cancer treatment in the Oncology Department of Diyarbakır Dicle University for a long time and passed away on last Friday, was buried in his hometown Kahta, district of Adıyaman province.
