Sarıeroğlu expressed her pleasure for the visit to HUDA PAR while congratulated the Eid of Fitr of HUDA PAR Secretary General Şehzade Demir and the delegation accompanying him.
HUDA PAR Secretary General Demir also congratulated the Eid al-Fitr of the AK Party organization and touched on important issues on the country's problems.
“It is important to have a selection process that will satisfy all of us”
Stating that Turkey and the world passed through an important process, Demir said: "We really need the unifying spirit of Eids.”
Demir noted that the election process is still in progress due to Istanbul elections in Turkey and that they care about the Istanbul election.
“We want Turkey to overcome the problems of these elections. In our view, Istanbul is the whole country. Istanbul is considered as Turkey with its social, political and economic.”
“In this respect, it is very important that Turkey, our nation and all of us have an electoral process that will satisfy all of us. Elections-related assessments, manipulations left behind,” he added.
“From now on, we hope that the free will of the people can be reflected in the elections and that the elections will be a fair, transparent election. From now on, we have to concentrate on this. Party leaders also need to give unifying, integrating messages.”
“The collapse of the family institution deeply upset us”
Demir indicating that Turkey's problems occurring in the institution of the family are another important issue, "The collapse of the family institution saddens us deeply. Some import laws, which have been included in our legislation for 5-10 years, have profound damage to our social structure. Istanbul Convention, family protection law, alimony regulation, other arrangements related to marriage at an early age really exposed our social tissue to serious trauma.”
“When we look at the statistics after this process, the increase in divorce, the decrease in marriages, the increase in domestic problems and similar situations reveal this.”
“In particular, we think that the Istanbul Convention should now be abolished and that the regulations which are not appropriate for our society should be changed.”
“We must urgently turn our face to the economy”
Saying that the economy is one of the biggest problems in Turkey, Demir continued as follows:
"Turkey has not-changed the agenda together with a provisional agenda. The economy is one of them. The agenda that people are most busy in Turkey is the economic problems. The decline in purchasing power, cost of living, rising foreign exchange prices and so on.”
“We need to turn our face to the economy in the form of an emergency action plan. In particular, we believe that the efforts to increase domestic economy, domestic industry, getting rid of the dependence on the foreign economy, employment and production should be implemented in absolute terms.”
“Four years of the non-electoral period has very strong opportunities”
Speaking about Demir's assessments, Sarıeroğlu provided examples of government work, such as the new judicial reform and the training package.
“The election agenda in Istanbul does not change our agenda regarding issues that concern the lives of 82 million of our citizens. We are at a time when arrangements and explanations are made in a row about the country's issues,” said Sarıeroğlu.
“Strong packages are being announced. This is a process. I hope we can discuss the processes we live in for a long time. According to their manipulations, based on perceptions, speculation about foreign exchange is also known by our citizens,” she added.
