HUDA PAR visits Iraqi Kurdistan

A delegation from HUDA PAR had a series of meetings in Iraqi Kurdistan on the 31st anniversary of the Halabja massacre.

Both sides expressed mutual satisfaction as well as the exchange of ideas.

In addition to Abdurrahman Cens, the vice president of HUDA PAR who led the delegation, HUDA PAR Central Advisory Council Chairman Isa Aydin, HUDA PAR Central Advisory Council member Abdussamet Yalcin and party members also attended the visits.

Both parties underlined the unity and co-operation of Muslims in general and of the Kurds in particular, emphasized the oppression experienced by Kurds.

HUDA PAR delegation visited the graves of those who were martyred brutally as a result of the chemical attack in Halabja province on March 16, 1988, by the overthrown Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein.

HUDA PAR delegation visited the Kurdistan Islamic Movement Party (Bizutnewe)

The delegation visited the Kurdistan Islamic Movement Party (Bizutnewe), one of the Iraqi Kurdistan parties, after visiting Halabja Qebretan [graveyard].

HUDA PAR delegation was welcomed by Nimet Muhammad Izzet, member of the Islamic Movement Party Foreign Relations Bureau and the party delegation.

HUDA PAR Vice President Abdurrahman Cens emphasized unity and togetherness during the visit, stated that as a party they are always concerned with the problems of world Muslims and pleased with the happiness of Muslims.

Stating that this kind of visits should be done mutually often, Nimet Muhammad Izzet also thanked HUDA PAR delegation for their visit.

A visit was paid to Kurdistan Islamic Union Party (Yekgırtû) Headquarters

Following their visit in Halabja, the delegation went to the city of Sulaymaniyah [Silêmani], which is also called "economy and culture capital" of Iraqi Kurdistan, visited the headquarters of the Kurdistan Islamic Union Party (Yekgırtu).

The HUDA PAR delegation was welcomed by Sulaymaniyah Provincial President Osman Karvani and party officials of the Kurdistan Islamic Union (Yekgırtu).

Speaking here, Abdussamet Yalçın, HUDA PAR Central Advisory Council member, said they visited the political parties in the Iraqi Kurdistan due to their visit on the 31st anniversary of the Halabja massacre.

Stating that they are in Sulaymaniyah, coming from Erbil for the anniversary of Halabja massacre, Yalçın said they wanted to visit their friends in Sulaymaniyah.

"We thank the Yekgırtu for their warm hospitality. They welcomed us, we listened to them, and we were informed about their work in Sulaymaniyah and the Iraqi Kurdistan."

Yalçın noted that they have exchanged information about the political and economic situation of Turkiye's Kurdistan and the elections to be held. "At the same time, we have benefited from them about education, youth, women, and children."

Osman Karvani, President of Kurdistan Islamic Union (Yekgırtu) Sulaymaniyah Province also expressed their satisfaction with the visit of HUDA PAR delegation.

"Today we met a delegation from HUDA PAR, who came to Sulaymaniyah on the occasion of the anniversary of Halabja massacre. There is political participation from all four parts of Kurdistan and from other countries to this program."

"In general, we talked about the politics of the region at our meeting. We talked about the situation of the people all over Kurdistan, especially northern Kurdistan and Southern Kurdistan.

"In particular, we said that what is useful for the people of Kurdistan and for the land we need to help each other in this regard. Because we are a party of Kurdistan, so we have to defend the rights of Kurdistan."

"At the same time, as all parties, we must resolve the problems together so that they should be in the public interest in general. These benefits should be for everyone's benefit, not just for a certain segment or a party."

HUDA PAR delegation visited Daru-l Beyan Office in Sulaymaniyah

The delegation then visited the Darul Beyan Office in Sulaymaniyah. HUDA PAR delegation was welcomed by Yasin Zengene, head of the Darul Beyan and institution's officials. During the visit, both sides gave the message of unity and togetherness while the wahdat of the Ummah was emphasized.

Zengene, who also gave information about their work to the HUDA PAR delegation, said they cared about the work done for Muslims' unity.

HUDA PAR Central Advisory Board member Abdussamed Yalçın said that they visited various foundations in addition to political parties in Iraqi Kurdistan.

Reminding that the association officials visited themselves in Turkiye, Yalçın expressed the following:

"We came to Sulaymaniyah to participate in the anniversary program of the Halabja massacre, and we made several visits. In this context, we paid a visit to Darul Beyan institution. We spoke to the authorities of the association. They have visited our country before and participated in our activities."

"Alhamdulillah they do some work within the framework of their own forces. They work with madrasahs, non-governmental organizations, seminars, and courses for Kurdistan. We informed about their work on youth and society."

Stating that they welcomed valuable guests from HUDA PAR, from Turkiye's Kurdistan, Yasin Zengene said: "Solidarity, brotherhood, and cooperation between associations and other institutions were discussed in our meeting."

"May Allah grand them with success. We, as Darul Beyan Association, say that we are ready to cooperate with all foundations and individuals within the Kurdistan region."
