The number of those killed due to the Ebola epidemic continues to increase in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The Ministry of Health of the Democratic Republic of Congo said that at least 496 people have lost their lives since July last year.
The ministry released that Ebola has been diagnosed in 829 people out of 894 cases throughout the country since July 2018.
The ministry added that 496 people died during this period while 302 people are discharged from the hospital, and 31 people continue to be treated in centers.
