Local sources report that "Libyan National Army" forces affiliated with General Khalifa Haftar are moving towards the capital Tripoli.
In some settlements in the south of Tripoli, clashes were experienced, the powers of the Haftar were deployed in the region.
On the other hand, the Libyan National Reconciliation Government (UMH) Presidency Council President Fayiz es Serrac declared mobilization and called on the armed forces to be vigilant.
The powers of the Haftar reportedly completed preparations and will begin operations to the west of the country said in October last year.
Haftar had previously stated that the situation in the region could not be kept silent and that the liberation of Tripoli was an inevitable option.
Russia, Egypt, and some Gulf countries also support Haftar.

The ministry warned the country not to be dragged into new chaos and pointed out that the military action that began before the United Nations (UN) - led Libya dialogue conference could disrupt the political solution process.

"I want to make a very strong appeal, an appeal for all military movements to stop, an appeal for containment, calm and de-escalation, both military and political and verbal de-escalation," UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres told reporters.
