Responding to the decision taken by the British Court, Justice Minister Abdülhamit Gül considered the rejection as unacceptable.
Saying that the request for extradition of the Turkish judiciary is a requirement of international law and conventions, Gül noted that the rejection decision of the UK judiciary is a political assessment.
"For these reasons, it is not possible to accept the rejection decision and the reasons for the refund request. Our expectation from England is to act in accordance both the international law and the contracts and extradite fugitive terrorist FETO members, show their friendship and allies," the minister said.
Justice Minister lastly said their fight for the extradition will continue until the members of the terrorist organization account in front of the Turkish judiciary.
