Jerusalemite sources said that over 60,000 Muslim worshipers performed Friday prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Since the early hours, the zionist police were deployed in the streets of Jerusalem and prevented Palestinians from West Bank from accessing the Al-Aqsa Mosque to perform prayers. Nevertheless, several thousands of them managed to reach the Mosque by walking through mud roads.
The occupation police also prevented all residents of the Gaza Strip from reaching the Mosque to perform prayers.
After Friday prayer, a mass rally was launched in support of the resistance.
Citizens in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa chanted for the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, and its military wing, al-Qassam Brigades.
The demonstrators also raised Palestinian flags and chanted national slogans.
