One civilian killed in PKK’s IED attack in southeastern Turkey

One civilian has lost his life after an improvised explosive device (IED), planted by the PKK members, detonated in southeastern in Şırnak province of southeastern Turkey, the Governor office said in a statement on Tuesday.

“One civilian, identified as Yasin Sağır, was killed when an improvised explosive device (IED) planted by PKK members exploded near the Şure Tepe security tower, which is under construction in the rural village of Kösreli in the Silopi Distirict,” the statement said.
