School building collapses in Nigeria

About 100 children feared trapped under the rubble as a school building collapsed in Lagos, Nigeria.

As a result of the collapse of a school building in Lagos, Nigeria, about 100 children were left under the rubble.

After the collapse, a large number of search and rescue teams were referred to the scene. Up to now, 10 children saved alive under the debris.

Images from the scene showed rescuers searching through piles of broken concrete. The cause of the collapse was not immediately clear.

The search and rescue workers are assisted by parents and citizens while local sources say around 100 children trapped under the rubble.
