After the end of the 2018-2019 school academic year, millions of students attended summer Qur'an courses in order to learn Qur'an and religious information in Turkey.
This year the presidency of Religious Affairs began today with the slogan "mosques should be filled with children and morals should be Qur'an".
The summer Qur'an courses, where millions of children learn the Holy Qur'an and religious information every year, began in thousands of Qur'an courses with over 90,000 mosques on Monday, June 17, 2019.
Millions of children attending to the Qur'an courses and mosques will learn how to perform five-time prayers with the help of their educators, reading the Qur'an in tacwid, memorizing short surahs and prayers.
The summer Qur'an courses will continue to educate attendees for 8 weeks in 2019. Parents, who want to enroll their children in summer Qur'an courses, can apply to mosques and mufti offices.
