Support to the "Great Return March" in Istanbul

Turkish and the Palestinian civil society organizations came together in Istanbul Fatih Mosque after Friday Prayer to shows their support to the "Great Return March" carrying out in Gaza.

A program was held after Friday Prayer in Istanbul Fatih Mosque courtyard to greet the "Great Return March" in Palestine, which has been carrying out on the occasion of the 100th year of the occupation and on the 70th anniversary of Nakba.

Attention was drawn to the troubles in Palestine, especially in Gaza in the program held by Palestinian Solidarity Association.

Speaking on behalf of IHAK, Selçuk Kar said: "The Palestinian people, who want to breathe with the request of the end of blockade from one side, are trying to get rid of the occupation on the other side. Gaza is experiencing a huge humanitarian drama as the world's largest open-air prison. Even the most basic human rights are deprived in front of the eyes of the whole world."

Speaking in the program, MAZLUMDER President Ramazan Beyhan stated that they are witnessing the persecution exposed for a century, said: "Unfortunately, imperialism and colonizers not only exploit our underground and superfluous wealth but also the minds of our people and their values."

"Once again we condemn the zionist gang and all the oppressors who have supported it, which occupied Jerusalem, the city of peace, reconciliation, and justice," said Beyhan and made a call to all the people who have not lost their conscience to stance against the persecution regardless of language, religion, or race.
